I love the whole festival denim shorts look. And although they are the ultimate summer item, there just as useful paired with tights come winter. I'm in the process of tidying my room - and I'm one of them easily distracted types. I found an old pair of black jeans that I had begun to cut up, so right in the middle of all the clutter I continued.
What your supposed to need:
Tape measure
Fabric scissors
Tailors chalk
Fabric paint
small paintbrush

any paint brush you can find
